Warranty for Exchanges & Returns


In the unlikely event that you are not happy or satisfied with your Branded Vision Sunglasses, we will of course happily exchange or refund them within 30 days of purchase.

The Sunglasses must be in original condition and unworn with original packaging as they arrived to you.

This warranty is for sunglasses purchased on the Branded Vision website only, in store purchases need to be returned to the retailer that they were originally purchased from.

NB: Warranty does not cover scratches or marks on worn sunglasses

Warranty For Damaged Sunglasses


We understand that working and riding can sometimes not go to plan and that in some cases your valued gear such as your glasses can pay the price.

Because we value every customer that purchases a pair of Branded Vision Sunglasses, we offer a one year (12 month) replacement warranty if you damage or break your sunglasses.

All that is required from you is a valid proof of purchase, a photo of the damaged sunglasses and a $65 warranty handling fee.

NB: This warranty does not include lost or stolen items. Once warranty on a pair of sunglasses is claimed, no further warranty can be claimed on this item.

Once your claim is received and assessed, we will send you a warranty code to claim your new glasses and pay your warranty handling fee on our website.
